  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Able to liaise with Immigration, KDN and other local government agencies/bodies
  • Computer knowledge with competency in basic Word & Excel applications
  • Good communication skills – both written & oral

Job Description 

  • To provide office administration assistance to the company’s Admin & Finance Manager
  • Maintaining an up-to-date list of suppliers for office stationery & general supplies
  • Maintaining up-to-date with current appointments and changes with the main local government agencies/bodies. Applicant is expected to establish good working relations with relevant officers or representatives
  • Liaise with the team to obtain timely information in order to complete formal applications to government bodies for licences and permits, as applicable
  • Able to handle the assigned tasks with minimum supervision; including drafting letters in BM to government organizations where necessary
  • A team worker

Job Information 

  • Monthly salary between RM2,000 & RM2,200 + full staff benefits upon confirmation
